The Istanbul International Gastronomy Festival which is organized by Ekin Group in collaboration with The Culinary Federation is being held according to the rules and within the framework of categories determined by The World Association of Cook Societies (WACS). The Istanbul International Gastronomy Festival periodically being organised as from the year 2002 in collaboration with WACS has become the associational member of WACS as from this year.
